Uttar Pradesh, February 17: The Supreme Court instructed to file an FIR against Uttar Pradesh Minister, Gayatri Prajapati in the case of gang rape and sexual abuse. Prajapati is Uttar Pradesh's Transport Minister.
The Supreme Court instructed after the plea was filed by the victim. The Supreme Court has asked the UP police to submit its report in 8 weeks. It also has asked the police to file the FIR immediately against him.
The 35-year-old victim had filed the plea in the court. She has charged the minister of gang rape. She has claimed that the minister had gang raped her and had abused her daughter sexually.
