PM Modi and Japan's PM Shinzo Abe laid the foundation of the country's first bullet train at 10 o'clock in the morning. Shinzo Abe arrived yesterday on a two-day visit to India and the highlight of the tour was the foundation stone of India's first bullet train project . Starting today, the work of India's first bullet train will start, and the train will firstly run on the 508 km route between Ahmedabad and Mumbai.

Let us Know the following important things about the country's first bullet train project: -

The speed of India's first bullet train will be 350 kilometers per hour and it will take only two hours to reach Ahmedabad from Mumbai. Let us tell you, it takes 7 to 8 hours to reach Ahmedabad from Mumbai in the present time.

Like Japan, India's bullet train will not get late more than 60 seconds.

India's bullet train will be the safest and accident free.

India's first bullet train will be equipped with air condition and all arrangements will be made to make the journey comfortable.

Drinks and internet access will also be available.

According to the proposed plan of railway ministry, there will be 10 to 16 coaches in India's proposed bullet train and from 1300 to 1600 passengers will be able to do journey in every train.

Traveling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai it will cost Rs 3,300 for travelling by bullet train, according to the Railways, the bullet train fares will be 1.5 times more than the AC trains.

Railway Ministry has planned to set up 12 stations on the Ahmedabad-Mumbai route for the bullet train, which will be at other places including Mumbai, Thane, Virar, Boisar, Vapi, Bilimora, Surat, Bharuch, Baroda, Ahmedabad.

Also, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal said that the work on the Ahmedabad-Mumbai route to run a bullet train on other routes will not be awaited more but the work will be started in advance. Such Other routes include Delhi-Kolkata, Delhi-Mumbai, Delhi-Chandigarh, Mumbai-Chennai, Mumbai-Nagpur and Delhi-Nagpur.
